Margherita Jess is a Functional Capacity Evaluation specialist with over 11 years experience. She performs expert witness work in the fields of Functional Capacity Evaluation and Vocational Rehabilitation. She has sub-specialties in pediatric assessment and PTSD. Margherita is the founder of The VITAL Program, a vocational program for teens and young adults with Autism. Margherita has worked in the United States and Canada and enjoys providing professional development opportunities for other therapists in the fields of vocational, complex return to work and functional assessment.
