Lauren Sutherland is a Registered Physiotherapist, Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. She is the owner of Core Connection Mobile Physiotherapy - a mobile therapy practice that offers in-home and virtual rehabilitation services. Core Connection serves the Greater Victoria area with physiotherapy, pelvic floor therapy, athletic therapy and yoga therapy. Lauren was born and raised in Victoria BC. She completed her Kinesiology degree at University of British Columbia and her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. Lauren is a former varsity rower and currently stays active through her love of hiking, trail running, weight training, yoga and pilates.
