Introduction

Dr. Bayliss has a general family practice and is currently accepting new patients. She takes an integrative and holistic approach to treatment and strives to empower each individual patient in order to help them sustain their treatment gains. Dr. Bayliss holds special interests in treating individuals seeking help with: -Neurodevelopmental conditions (e.g., Autism, ADD/ADHD, sensory processing disorder) -Mood disorders (e.g., anxiety, depression) -Neurological dysfunction (e.g., Traumatic Brain Injury, Parkinson's Disease, Dementia, Multiple Sclerosis) -Genetic and methylation concerns Dr. Bayliss also has interest in prenatal health as she feels this is an unsupported area of health care and an early avenue for prevention of numerous health conditions across the lifespan. Stephanie's training spans the Pacific Northwest, where she has always called home. She has trained in Naturopathic Medicine in Seattle, Washington (Bastyr University) and in New Westminster, BC (Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine), where she graduated as a Naturopathic Doctor. Prior to this, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biological Psychology at the University of Victoria, where she also volunteered at the Centre for Autism Research, Technology and Education. Stephanie enjoys the natural beauty and culture of Vancouver Island and the many activities afforded through living here. She especially enjoys exploring the ocean and mountains and is an avid runner and increasingly so, hiker. Stephanie holds certificates in intravenous (IV) nutrient administration, acupuncture, licensure to prescribe pharmaceutical medication and advanced cardiac life support training. Stephanie is a member in good standing with the British Columbia Association of Naturopathic Doctors (www.bcna.ca), the College of Naturopathic Physicians in BC (www.cnpbc.ca) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (www.cand.ca).
