Arbour Counselling Centre is a group of masters-level counselling professionals dedicated to helping people grow through their journey in life. We're trained to listen well, to offer objective and honest feedback, and to support you in your steps toward growth and wellness. At Arbour, our mission is to provide the highest quality care with the best-trained professionals, and we do so in a manner that recognizes that we are whole people: mind, body, and spirit. ​ We offer counselling in Victoria, BC for individuals, couples, families, teens, and children over 10. Our therapists practice through a systems theory lens with various therapeutic modalities, such as play therapy, narrative therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy, to name a few.
